Atomic Sunrise is our lightest roast - Radioactive I -but don’t let that fool you. This cup rides the edge, creeping toward Radioactive II with just enough intensity to shake off the dust of the wasteland.
It starts with high-grown beans from Central and South America, delivering a smooth foundation of light chocolate, mellow citrus, and a hint of sweetness. Then we kick it up a notch with anAfrican varietal grown above 6,000 feet, infusing the blend with delicate black tea, raw honey, and a flash of bright lemon.
This is no sleepy morning roast. It’s bright, clean, and volatile in the best way - perfect for those who greet the sunrise with a Geiger counter in one hand and a mug in the other.

Tasting notes: black tea · raw honey · bright lemon
Dial it in: A quick steep keeps it clean and tea-like. A fast, vibrant cup.
House baseline: 60g : 1000ml (≈1:16.7). Keep the ratio steady — let grind do the work: finer for lighter roasts, coarser for darker. Always brew with fresh, filtered water and grind just before brewing.
Although I tend to like a more fruity, lighter roast, I enjoy these beans when I just want a solid Americano without having to think about how I’m brewing. And the roaster is the best!

Perfect "sunrise" to wake up to. In fact, I'm enjoying a cuppa Atomic Sunrise with my Mango flavor, Odyssey Greek Yogurt (Monroe, WI) for breakfast Right This Moment. Gentle, light roast, which I enjoy black (without sugar or cream).

They're ALL good, but this is the BEST! :)
EXPLOSIVE flavor. Seriously, one of the best coffees I have ever had. Nuclear Coffee makes great stuff, don't get me wrong, but Atomic Sunrise is their secret weapon.
