Returns, Refunds, & Exchanges
All orders are non-refundable. In the event that you are unsatisfied with the coffee you have received, please reach out and email us at sales@nuclearcoffeewi.com. All discussions of a refund will be made on a case by case basis, and because of the consumable nature of the products, no returns will be accepted.
Under no circumstances will giftcards, prizes, or other items marked as "gifts" be given a refund for.
Shipping
If at any time the return of a product is necessary, you must ship to 4624 W Tesch Ave, Greenfield, WI 53220
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
