 High in the ancient highlands of East Africa, over 5,500 feet above sea level, a different kind of power is cultivated. Sourced from the Chelchele washing station in the heart of Yirgacheffe, this Grade 1, washed-process coffee is a masterclass in precision, grown in mineral-rich soil and processed with obsessive care.

Chelchele offers a clean, articulate cup with above-average acidity, a smooth, tea-like body, and moderate sweetness. The flavor is distinctly refined: expect bright lemon zest upfront, softened by a drizzle of golden honey, and grounded in the soft, dry elegance of black tea. As it cools, the citrus deepens and the sweetness blooms, leaving a lingering finish that's both delicate and radiant.
