Cold brew for people who sell cold brew. One pack, one 5-gallon bucket, zero mess.

Each pack is 5 lbs of our coffee, coarse-ground the day it ships and sealed in a commercial-grade filter bag. Drop it in 3 gallons of cold water, steep 12–24 hours, pull the pack, and you've got ~2 gallons of smooth, low-acid concentrate. No grounds to filter, no sludge in your keg, no cleanup beyond tossing the bag.

One pack yields:

• ~2 gallons of concentrate (cuts 1:1 to ~4 gallons ready-to-drink)
• 40+ 12 oz servings; over $250 in cold brew sales at menu price. Over $300 when you factor in served on ice.
• Keg-ready: holds peak flavor 1–2 weeks refrigerated under nitro or CO2

How to brew:

1. Submerge one pack in 3 gallons of cold water
2. Steep 12–24 hours (refrigerated or room temp)
