Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Nuclear Coffee Hoodie Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Nuclear Coffee, Milwaukee, Wisconsin (“Sponsor”). This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any other entity or platform.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the contiguous United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of Sponsor are not eligible to participate.

3. Promotion Period

The Promotion begins October 24th, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Central Time and ends November 23rd, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. Central Time (the “Promotion Period”). Entries submitted outside this period will not be accepted.

4. How to Enter

Participants may enter the Promotion during the Promotion Period by any of the following methods:

A. Free Online Entry (No Purchase Necessary):
Visit [ http://nuclearcoffeewi.com/Skelly-Hoodie-Sweepstakes ] and complete the entry form with your full name and email address. Limit one (1) free entry per person per calendar day during the Promotion Period. Each daily entry must be submitted separately.

B. Pay-It-Forward Bonus Entry:
Participants may earn one (1) additional bonus entry per day by donating a cup of brew (minimum $4 value) to the Nuclear Coffee Pay-It-Forward board at any market event. Donation is optional and does not increase odds of winning. Alternatively, participants may request a free bonus entry by completing the same online form and checking the “Free Bonus Entry Request” option — no purchase or donation necessary.

C. Optional Bonus Ticket Entries:
Participants may purchase optional bonus entries for $2 each or 20 for $20 at Sponsor’s booth or website. Alternatively, participants may request up to twenty (20) free bonus entries by mail or form submission during the Promotion Period by writing to:

All entries — free, donation, or purchase — have equal value and equal odds of winning. Purchasing or donating does not increase your chances of winning. All entries received will be pooled together for a single random drawing.

Maximum total entries per person during the Promotion Period: 20 total entries (paid or free).

5. Prize

One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a Nuclear Coffee custom hoodie, approximate retail value $80.00 USD. Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Winner is responsible for any applicable taxes.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

On or about December 2, 2025, Sponsor will select one (1) winner in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
Winner will be notified by email and/or announced on [ @NuclearCoffee social channels ]. If the winner does not respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. Publicity & Privacy

By entering, participants agree that Sponsor may use their name, likeness, and city of residence for promotion purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Personal information collected will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy and for email marketing purposes only if the entrant opts in.

8. General Conditions

All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tamper with the entry process or violate these rules. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries. Proof of submission is not proof of receipt.

9. Release of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, employees, and agents from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance or use of any prize.

10. Disputes

The Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin without regard to conflicts of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.

11. Winner List
